The Grip of God!

Good morning, Papa God! 

Thank You for holding me safely through the night. Each day as I awake, I find myself securely held by You, and prepared for this day that You have given me. I am not here because I have chosen You, but because You have chosen me and “laid hold of me.” I am here to testify to the truth of Who You are and to the truth of Who Jesus is, and what He has done for the sins of all men. It is Your grip on my life for this very purpose – “to preach the gospel in season and out.” I do not have worth because of what I do for You. I have my worth because I am Your child, because of what Christ did for me. I am just a sinner, saved by Your grace and love. You laid hold of me years ago to teach Your Word faithfully. Your grip on my life is firm and forever. No one and nothing can ever snatch me from Your grip and Your love.

Good morning, My child!

You are correct! I absolutely have you in My firm grip. Always trust Me that I hold you by My grace. You can always trust My integrity to do so. You have been specially chosen and handpicked. I have called you to demonstrate My heart of love to a hurting world. You are held by Me and protected by Me. The lonely path that you have walked for many years, I have allowed in your life to prepare you to meet the needs of other silent sufferers with My love and saving grace. Because of your own need during this time (your need for mercy, love, and grace), I have prepared you to be My vessel of the same. You have become My compassionate counselor and the mouthpiece of My mercy. Be a comforter to those in need of comfort. Give away what you have received. My grip is upon you, and I will never let go. You are safe and secure in Me.
