Good morning, Papa God!
I lay my head back onto the cushioned back of my recliner, and I stare up at the ceiling. My thoughts are consumed by Your Presence. You are the God of all hope, and You fill me with joy and peace in my believing. My believing, my faith in You is the key. As I sit here and contemplate “life”, I realize that to keep walking by faith, to keep believing even when life doesn’t make sense, when I don’t see the reasons or when I don’t understand the “whys” of life, is the hardest part of life. Seeing is not believing. In fact, it is just the opposite. If I have to see it first before I believe, it is unbelief. Walking with You by faith, and not by sight, is hard some days. But I do keep on believing because You are Who You say You are, and You do what You say You will do. And all You do is for my ultimate good and best whether I know it or see it in the moment. And this I do by faith … faith in You! You are God – the all-knowing, all-powerful God. Who am I to give You counsel on what is best for me? I don’t even see what’s coming in the next 5 minutes of my life, let alone the next 5, 10, 15 years. But You do, and so I trust You and put my faith in You! Continue to teach me to walk in the faith of Who You are, and not by what my eyes see that cause my doubts and “whys” to surface. I cast all my cares upon You because You care for me. You are a good, good Father. It’s just Who You are!
Good morning, My child!
Just believe! This is what I have said to all My children and all people. All throughout My Word, My holy Scriptures, I clearly promise eternal life through Jesus Christ, My Son. My next statement is a question. “Do you believe this?” In this fallen world, promises are being made and broken all the time. This leaves people skeptical and anxious. But My Word, My promises are true. My covenant with My people will never be broken. I am Faithful and True! Your hope of eternal life, your faith in Christ, is sealed for all eternity. Continue to walk in this truth by faith. Do not be anxious or worried or concerned about anything, including what happens, what doesn’t happen, what could happen, how things appear to be, why things are the way they are, why you can’t understand it all or make sense of your circumstances. Why?!!! Because I am God! I AM! I see it all and I know how it will all turn out in your life. Just continue to please Me by walking out your life in faith. I am here with you through it all and I love you deeply, more than you can even understand fully.
