Good morning, Papa God!
Trust in You; do good; dwell in You; delight in You; seek You first; believe that all things are possible in You. I have read Your Word this morning, and heard You speak. Often times, it is much easier to read these words from Scripture that it is to do what I read. Well, yes, Papa God, I am doing these things I just wrote down some of the time. But, of course, as You already know, I am not yet perfect at any of it. The reality is: I won’t be until I am with You in heaven, fully changed in the twinkling of an eye. My goal is to know and trust You more, and seek Your will in all I do each day so that all I do is good. This is only possible through abiding in You as I walk through each day. Truth is, daily life requires its own motivation if I am to push through the grind of life, the blood, sweat and tears of life, and reach the prize at the end of life – You! But this motivation I do not, cannot, do by myself. I have never been able to do life by myself. You alone have the strength I need to make it through life. I trust You to be my power at all times and in all ways. Nothing that comes at me can “blow my house down” because I have built it on the strong foundation of Jesus. Nothing can shake my foundation in Christ. In You, Papa God, I will rest. Yes, I will rest, and let Your timing be Your timing. I will cease being at odds with You about Your timing of things in my life. You are God, and I am not! So, I choose to be content and satisfied with where You have me, doing what I am doing as I pour my life into the few, and not the many as I did in years past. Your path for me is different now, and it’s okay. Different is not good or bad; it’s just different!
Good morning, My child!
Rest in Me! Remember Me all through your day, and you will be kept in My rest. Behold, I am making all things new; everything is beautiful in its time. Your life is one of those “things” that I am making new. Remember, you are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Oh, yes, you are! Your life’s days are how I continue to transform you into the likeness of My Son. And, oh how you have changed since that first day as My child. Your reflection of My character within you grows brighter with each day as you walk with Me. You are My light in this world. I want you to shine brightly, right where you are. I know your struggles these past few years over where I have placed you and the conditions of life which have been so very different for you. But in and through this struggle, you are now at this place of surrender, of ceasing to strive against Me. You are content and satisfied with My choices for you; trusting Me even when you do not fully understand My ways. Yes, My child, whether you see it or not, you are reflecting Me and radiating My character from within your being.
