Jesus, You Are!

Jesus, You Are! 

Jesus, You are full of Grace and Truth;

Jesus, You are the brightness of the Father’s glory; His expressed Image.

Jesus, You are Emmanuel, the God Who is always with us.

Jesus, You are the Bright and Morning Star.

Jesus, You are the Source of pure delight and holy Light.

Jesus, You are the narrow path that leads to life, the ending of all strife.

Jesus, You are The Way, The Truth and The Life.

Jesus, You are the Shepherd and the Lover of my soul.

Jesus, You are the stream of Living Water flowing with eternal life to make me whole.

Jesus, You are the consummate of all that is holy and pure.

Jesus, You are Eternal, the Beginning and the End.

Jesus, You are the Alpha and the Omega; You know no bounds of time.

All the pages known to man could not express Who You are.

Jesus, You are all! You are my everything.

You are the treasure that I seek, my strength when I am weak.

The miracle I am from the hand of the great I AM.

My soul’s rapture and praise, my song I raise;

The breath I breathe, my imperishable wreathe;

The foundation upon which I stand, the refuge from storms;

My heart’s desire, all to which I aspire;

The lover of my soul, the anchor that holds;

The fortress that protects, the rock’s cleft when nothing in life connects;

The arms that hold and comfort, the hand that leads to a safe port.

You are my everything.

Lord,

My prayer is that You bring me into a more wonderful knowledge of You.  I acknowledge, after all these years of knowing You, there is still so much of You to know.  Take me to new heights in You.  Make me into Your everything, the image of all You are.
