You Were There!

Good morning, Papa God!

In whatsoever circumstance I may be, help me to always remember that You are there.  You see where I am and what is going on with me.  You are on Your throne and are aware of my every breath, my every thought and my every need.  Thank You for Your always present Presence. You were there when I was born. You were there when I have been sad and completely worn. You were there when a friend could not be found. You were there when I fell and hit the ground. You were there when circumstances showed no hope. You were there when I was in the dark and could only struggle and grope. You were there when the lonely days were difficult and hard. You were there with my every step as my shield and guard. You were there when my losses were great. You were there with answers for me, and never were You late. You were there when I had no mom, no dad, no strong protector. When the enemy came at me, You were there to be my deflector. You were there in all of life’s places. You were there in everything I have had to face. No matter the state of my affairs or my events, I am learning to be content. You are there.

Good morning, My child!

Yes, I am with you always! I have promised this to you, and this I will do … always! Be content in all things and in all situations because I’ve got this! I am Sovereign. I am in control of all things in the entire universe, including your life. There is nothing you will say or do that I do not already know. Of course, you have a choice … always! But I do know what choice you will make. In and through those choices, I am guiding and leading you. If wisely listen to Me, you will make choices that are within My will and desire for you. These wise choices will keep you from falling into so many of the pits of life. This you have learned through the years, and are making so many wiser choices than in your earlier years of walking with me. Continue on this path and practice the contentment that you have learned.
