Mountain Climbing!

Good morning, Papa God!

You have shown me that the ascent up the mountain is steep with its rocky paths, its sheer cliff walls, and narrow ledges. Sometimes the sheer walls of life's cliffs are frightening and daunting.  There appears to be no way I can climb them.  Yet, always there is a way where I least expect to find one. You always make a path where there seems to be none.  It is on this mountain climb that I have learned of You, my Lord and God, and where You reveal Yourself to me. It is on the climb that I experience You and recognize You in all Your glory. I have been changed from the mountain climb. But often, from the mountaintop, You have allowed me to again see the valleys from where I have come, where others drift along in their lives of bleakness, despair and longing. It is then You say to me, ‘Descend back down from this mountain top to those in need of Me. You have climbed this mountain before. You must help others with their mountain climb. Be faithful to guide them and tell them of Me.” Papa God, help me to recognize the needs of those around me and their desperate desire to know You more and experience Your majesty.  Help me help them to reach the heights of Your mountaintop glory. Give me the courage to face these 'cliffs'.  Let my faith in You sustain me.

Good morning, My child,

There are many places on this path that I have for you that only sheer courage will see you through. Prayer is the breath of your soul. Faith in Me is a must. Love is a given. But none will be of greater necessity than that of courage! Courage is to be undaunted by the impossible, and not dismayed by circumstances. Courage gives you the stamina when love seems gone, when faith is wavering, and prayer is difficult. Continue on in courage, resting in My strength. Be of good courage for I am your God, and I have overcome the world.
