Good Morning, Papa God!
You see me! You know my frame, my condition at all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You see my life all of it past, present, and future. You see the steps I have taken and the ones that I will take. I am feeling a lot like Elijah in these days of inactivity, just sitting by the Brook of Kerith, watching it dry up day after day because of the drought, waiting like Elijah for You to tell me what to do next, where to go, and when. But, while Elijah waited day after day, You daily fed him and provided for him. And, just at the precise moment that the Brook of Kerith dried up, You spoke to him and told him what his next assignment was. However, where you sent him was so NOT what he expected as his next assignment. In the watching, in the waiting, in the inactivity, You were ministering to Elijah, preparing him by increasing his faith and trust in You on a daily basis. You are good and a stronghold in these days, and You know that I trust in You. Even though each day appears to be like the ones before it during these past five years, I know appearances are not always truth. You are working in and around me in ways I do not see. Papa God, at this moment, on this day, I have need of endurance and perseverance. Help me remember that Your plans and timing are perfect.
My child,
Listen to the Holy Spirit as He guides you. You have been sealed with Him, seasoned with Him. My favor and grace filters through all you do, whether you are waiting, watching, or doing. Wherever you go, My child, My goodness, My light, My love goes with you. The closer you are to Me, the greater My fragrance spills out of you. Just as I was with Elijah at the Brook of Kerith in his solitude and inactivity, so I am with you. I have never abandoned any of My sheep, nor lost track of where they are. When your strength is gone, as it is today, just lay it down. I will carry you. Just draw close to Me. I understand you, and love you perfectly. Trust Me in all circumstances. Do not let your need to understand everything cause you to flounder and be distracted. Keep your eyes on Me. I am Your refuge and have My arms wrapped around you. I know where you are and what you are going through, and I got this!
