What Do You Want?

Good Morning, Papa God!

Today is an extra day this year. Leap year only happens every four years, so let me seize the day and make the most of this extra day. Whatever my hands find to do today, let me do it as unto You and serve You faithfully. Carpe Diem! Today is all I know that I have, but I do not know what today may bring my way. You hold today’s events in Your Sovereignty. All secret things, like all my tomorrows (my future), belong to You. Only You know what my tomorrows will bring. So, help me keep my eyes focused on You today. You are the same, and Your years will have no end, from everlasting to everlasting. You are God, and You do not change. You are faithful. Even when I can’t see or feel it, You are working in me and I trust You. I hear Your question that You just asked me, “what do you want Me to do for you?” “What do you think is impossible to fix?” Papa God, I want You to remove the old sinful habits that still remain within me. I have tried to conquer these by myself but I cannot do it by myself. I stand steadfast in Your abilities, not my own. Your grace is sufficient.

Good morning, My child!

Yes, you are my diligent disciple. Yes, it has been a hard wilderness walk for you, a tough training period, a long preparation time. How can I describe My joy at your progress! You are standing fast, steady, planted on the firm foundation of trust. You have set your heart steadfastly to trust Me. Even in those bleak, doubting times when the enemy told you that I wasn’t around to hear you, that you had missed the path, and that you had lost My direction for you. You stood on the firm foundation of your knowledge of Me and continued to trust and believe. Yes, My joy knows no bounds at your persistent listening to My voice above all the noise and clamor of the other voices. You are on the right path – always have been. You chose to listen to Me, and not your doubts. Thank you for that! I know this has been a lonely path for you, and one that you would not have chosen for yourself nor have you enjoyed walking on it. But, as you have discovered along the way, I have been with you, right there next to you, the whole way. You have never been alone, and never will be. Ever! I am always with you! Continue to walk out your days in My truth, My way, and My will. We will both be glad you did. My joy and My love for you knows no bounds, My child.
