Good Morning, Papa God!
I desire a better way, Your way! You have brought me out of “Egypt” and have said to me, “You shall not return that way again”, “laying aside your encumbrances and sin entanglements”, “forgetting what lies behind”. I do not want to look back, Papa God, at what was, or even the enticements of the world. Through the cross of Christ, the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. So, my Papa God, today – just today – help me put behind me any worldly desire that is not of You. You have made this day, and You have a purpose for this day I my life. Help me live this day to Your honor and glory. I came to You years ago through Your Son Jesus, and You have given me so much. You have lavished upon me Your goodness, Your joy, Your peace, Your kindness, and Your great love. You gave me Your multitude of blessings. Let the world take notice of Your greatness and great blessings through my life and glorify You because of it. You have blessed me richly! Papa God, let my life be a witness for Christ and Your love. I am not sure how that prayer will be actualized by You each day. Help me to be surrendered to the leading of the Holy Spirit each day so that I go where You lead and say what You lead me to say. I am not sure what that looks like in my current season of life, so open my eyes that I may see.
Good morning, My precious child,
I see you! I know your heart! I know your desire to please Me above all else. I know your desire to be surrendered to My use and how you struggle as to what that use may be in this waiting season. You are so close, My child, to complete surrender with that one thing in your life. Keep pushing through and staying determined in this effort to release it from your life. Do not slide back into a comfortable place with it in your life. My child, do not concern yourself with how and when I will use you. The truth is I already am and have been. You are just not aware of it. You stay in My Presence and focused on Me. Be faithful to what I have called you to do right now where you are. Know this, My child. It has been My joy and My pleasure to shower you with My blessings, and ahead for you are so many more. Your life is a reflection of Me. Do not doubt that for even a minute. No eye has seen and no ear has heard all that I have prepared for My children whom I love. I work for those who wait for Me. When the time is right for you to take the next step of faith into what I want you to do for My Name’s sake, I will show you. Until then, continue to trust Me as I guide each of your steps. I know what is next for you, so cease striving.
