My Soul Sings!

Good morning, Papa God! 

It is a glorious day ahead! Oh, it’s not all that different from other days to which I have awakened, but in spite of the appearances of my day ahead, my soul sings my praises to You this morning because You are God. You are alive forevermore, and because You live so will I. I am drawn inexplicably towards You as I walk through the park in the stillness and beauty of nature. So, if all of Your creation sings Your praises and obeys Your will for them, so will I. The trees sway and wave their arms to You. The birds sing with all their multitude of different voices. The beautifully colored fields of flowers lifting their faces to catch Your rays of sunlight. Their beauty gives You praise. Your mountains stretching upward to magnificent heights of grandeur and majesty reflect Yours, their Creator. Yes, Papa God, I stand in awe of You. Who am I that You should be mindful of me? And yet, You are very mindful of me! Your love for me has been shown to me in so many ways – the beauty of Your creation, Your protection over me, Your good gifts that You have bestowed upon me. But the most precious outpouring of Your love to me is when You gave Your Son to die on the cross for my sins. How great is Your love for me and for all who would believe and receive Your gift of love! How thankful I am that I did receive it to myself and that I now know of Your love. So, yes, I am singing Your praises this morning as I sit here absorbing Your overwhelming love poured into me. How great is my God! It is well with my soul. I know that I am weak, and that I need You in every part of my life. I have learned at the beginning of each day to seek You and Your strength, to seek Your Presence continually. Because I know that You are always near to me and You hear me when I call out to You. I never have to jump through hoops to be in Your Presence. You are my good and loving Father, my Papa God! Here, in Your Presence, is where I find my joy, my peace, and my security. I know You listen to me; You care for me; and You answer me always. The answer may be “yes”, or “no”, or “wait”, but You always answer me. My soul magnifies You and praises You for Who You are, God Almighty. Lead me all my days in Your righteousness, and make Your way straight before my face so that I may reflect Your glory.

Good morning, My child!

I wait expectantly every morning for you to come into My Presence. It is such a joy for Me to uphold you and love you as you enter into My Presence. I do love love you so very much, and this you know well. All creation sings its praises, and your soul does as well. You are a joy to My heart! I will always set your heart at rest when you come before Me in My Presence. So, come to Me both in the morning and all day long. Focus your entire being on living in My Presence. My Presence makes every day good, and I am changing you while you sit here. My child, you are learning to not look at your circumstances and be threatened by them, but to look at Me and to trust Me to empower you. As you face each day, My strength is available for the need of that day. In My Presence, I lift you up; I refresh and renew your soul, spirit, and body. I prepare you for the day ahead. Stay focused on Me all through your day. I am here for you always. No matter what the day may bring, My grace and power are sufficient for you.
