Good morning, Papa God!
As I sit here and read Your Word, I have realized something. You have given so much truth and wisdom to live life a pleasing to You, but so often the timing of events is not always clear, especially regarding future events of this world and the end times. And I think I know why! Trust! Just as the timing of events in my life requires me to trust You, so it is with the timing of future everts regarding Your Son’s return, the Rapture of Your church, and the events of the tribulation period. You have given us the sequence of events (even those are argued about by us mere humans), but not the precise timing. It is a matter of trusting You to execute Your plan in Your perfect timing. You have, however, given us so many tremendous and awesome glimpses of what is awaiting us in the future, eternal time when we are with You. Glimpses like:
“When Christ, who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.”
“I AM the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he will live.”
"God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
"When He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.”
“I go to prepare a place for you.” If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”
“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.”
“Now we live with great expectation, and we have a priceless inheritance – an inheritance that is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay. And through your faith, God is protecting you by His power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.”
There are so many more, Papa God, in which You show us glimpses of what is awaiting us in heaven (our inheritance) when we are finally and eternally with You in glory, especially in the book of Revelation. So, yes, although Your timing of these events is a mystery to us and only You know the exact timing, I cling to Your promises because Your Word is truth. I await Your perfect timing, both in my life events and Your Son’s return for His church. I look up and watch while I go through my days here, doing what You have called me to do, trusting You!

Yes, trusting Me is the key to a deep faith walk with Me. But there is another reason why I do not reveal the details of the future events and the timing of those events. You would cease to live in the moment and be effective in the present. You would be so consumed with worry and fear about what was coming and when that you would cease living your life and influencing others to know My Son. I have revealed what you need to know to buoy you onward, to keep you excited about what’s coming, and to keep you focused on the present. All in good time you will see clearly what is now only glimpses of your inheritance which I am holding and protecting for you until you arrive home with Me. Until then, continue to delight yourself in Me and do what pleases Me, in every choice and decision you make today. Looking at Me is all you need to make the right choices. Look up and focus on Me.
