Good Morning, Papa God!
My mind is still on lessons learned from studying the life of Joseph. Lessons like:
- Have faith in You before You actually fulfill Your plan for me.
- Faith to believe that You’ve got this no matter what the circumstances are telling me.
- When I try to handle life and its circumstances on my own, I am screaming out that I do not trust You.
- There may often be a long season of preparation before I am ready for Your next assignment in my life.
- It is hard work to believe daily that You are in my current reality, and to understand that my reality of my life is not Your reality of my life.
As I continue each day in my reality of “same old, same old” routine, I am trusting You as You work behind the scenes of my life, bringing all the pieces of my life together for Your purpose and plan for me – one puzzle piece at a time. When the puzzle of my life is complete, it will be the exact picture of Your plan for me, and I will hear the words I long to hear – “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
Good morning, My child!
The study of the life of Joseph was exactly where I was leading you. This is the truth that I needed for you to understand regarding your life and the reality of your circumstances. You are correct! Your reality is not My reality! Even when your life seems like it’s just same old, same old without any change or impact, it is not! There are all kinds of unseen activity swirling around in your life, leading you to your next assignment. You have truly named this period of your life appropriately – the land of in-the-meantime; and yes, it has been a time of refinement at so many levels. I know it has been a difficult journey, but rejoice in all that you been through and learned. I am moving you forward towards your next assignment in My perfect time. See how much you have grown. You are now comfortable with the statement – My perfect timing. You have learned to release the timing of the pieces of your life to Me. In fact, you have learned to release to Me a great number of things. All My children, at some point in time, have a need to learn the art of laying down and releasing attitudes, sins, and their wills. You are learning this during this season of your life. That’s why I have said to you, “Rejoice.” I rejoice with you in how far you have come.
(Gen.37-50)
