Living in Confidence

Good morning, Papa God!

My Father God … my Papa God … how my soul is lifted up in praise at the very thought of You as my Father. Holy is Your name and all the essence of Who You are. How blessed am I that I can lift my eyes to heaven, and say “Father,” “Abba Father!” You call me “child!” Yes, oh yes, I am blessed! For I know Whom I have believed and I am convinced that You are able to keep and to guard what I have entrusted to You – my soul – until that day when I see You face-to-face. Do I know why You so graciously made Yourself known to me through faith in Christ? Why, when I was so unworthy, You loved and redeemed me? I do not know what my life may hold – weary days or sunny days – before I see You face-to-face, but I certainly am convinced that You do and that You are able to guard all my days and bring me safely home. Papa God, I surrender this day, and each day You give me, to You. I want to be someone You can use to bring honor and glory to Your great name. Have Your will and way in my life. It is Yours! I gave it to You so long ago, and it remains Yours to this day and forever.

Good morning, My child!

It is My greatest pleasure to call you My child! And how great is My love for you! I know you struggle to comprehend the depths of My love, but you know it nonetheless. I have shown you the deep wonders of Myself throughout all the years we have journeyed together. How deeply our love has grown! You have learned to live fully depending on Me. That is why you have found such contentment in life, despite the challenges that it brings. Oh, I know … there are times when you wish things were different in some areas of your life. But you surrender these to My will for you, and you allow Me the freedom to work within you for your good and My pleasure. You have learned not to look at your own inabilities, but to trust My ability and supply, and to lean on Me for all you need. Your reliance on Me to provide for you and meet all your needs brings My contentment and peace to your life. Go forth with confidence into this day and enjoy the life I have given you.
